1. Product Use & Installation
DURATUFF OUTDOOR manufactures outdoor message boards intended for general outdoor display applications. All installation, mounting, and handling must be performed by the purchaser or a qualified installer selected by the purchaser. DURATUFF OUTDOOR assumes no liability for any injuries, accidents, property damage, or other losses arising from or related to installation, mounting, or handling of the product.
2. Warranty
2.1 Limited Workmanship Warranty (60 Days)
DURATUFF OUTDOOR provides a 60-day limited workmanship warranty covering defects in manufacturing or assembly.
2.2 Exclusions
This warranty does not cover installation-related damage, misuse, accidents, exposure to extreme weather, improper handling, or normal wear, or cosmetic changes.
2.3 Remedies
Warranty remedies are limited to repair or replacement of the defective component at DURATUFF OUTDOOR’s discretion.
2.4 No Other Warranties
Except for the limited workmanship warranty described above, all products are sold as-is, with no other express or implied warranties.
3. Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of original shipment. Products must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the purchaser’s responsibility. A 15% restocking/reselling fee applies. Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned product.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DURATUFF OUTDOOR’s total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. DURATUFF OUTDOOR is not responsible for incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from the purchase, installation, or use of its products.
5. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, installing, or using any DURATUFF OUTDOOR product, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
